Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and supervise project teams including superintendents, foremen and engineers.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, documents, and quality across projects.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with design partners and vendors.
• Monitor safety, cash flow, and procurement to protect profitability.
