Clark in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the region. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will work with Business Development to identify opportunities and contribute to project growth, requiring strong organizational skills and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with experience building and improving processes.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations and evolving tools.
• Proficiency with data automation tools and standard PM software (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate personnel and materials.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to align resources with deliverables and maintain execution.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee project execution plans including risk management and communication.
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and leadership to manage expectations.
