gobravvo in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, bid analysis, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, a college degree in construction management or related field, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage 100, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct experience in construction project management or related knowledge.
• College degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
• Ability to oversee all aspects of the contracted scope including cost proposals, subcontracts, submittals, scheduling, project budgeting, and job cost reporting.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, specifications, proposals, and related construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare estimates for self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Oversee and manage project scheduling to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Solicit, gather, and analyze quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Manage relationships and contracts with subcontractors and material suppliers; handle change orders efficiently.
