You will handle bid packages, subcontractor coordination, and procurement with Timberline/Sage 300 and Procore familiarity.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction management degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of demonstrated construction experience.
• Timberline/Sage 300 Estimating and Procore experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with basic office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with customers and represent Rice Companies professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support PM/Estimator in preparing bid packages.
• Coordinate/oversee pre-construction meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure project materials and resources are delivered to site on time.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
• Review costs weekly and approve subcontractor/vendor billings.
• Report progress to Production Management weekly.
• Assist with change orders and cost adjustments with customers.
• Support customer communication to ensure satisfaction throughout construction.
