Job summary

DRB Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee multiple home sites (15–30 homes). You will manage schedules, ensure inspections, and maintain safety and quality while delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include coaching Superintendents, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining strong customer service with homeowners. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple home sites with 15–30 homes under construction.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedule to sub-contractors.
• Obtain all governmental and local inspections.
• Provide training to Superintendents to foster career advancement.
• Develop accurate and timely settlement reporting.
• Review and approve site area figures.
• Ensure subcontractor work quality and performance adhere to policies.
• Establish and maintain site budgets and ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners to review contract, options and schedule.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Ensure Superintendents attend weekly production meetings.
• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews of Superintendents with Production Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
