Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial builds from planning through close-out. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Project. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction means, methods, and codes.
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, or MS Project preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across planning, permitting, construction, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design and scope alignment.
• Lead weekly construction meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
• Manage RFI and submittal processes.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise in the field or with stakeholders.
• Provide accurate forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

The PM will be responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with permitting processes, contracts, and local building codes.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
