This position requires full‑time, on‑site responsibilities as a Construction Project Manager with a specialized focus on ICD 705, SCIF, and SAPF construction and accreditation. The Project Manager will assume responsibility for supervising construction site management and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, leveraging extensive experience in overseeing the construction and accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) in compliance with ICD 705 standards. Close collaboration with the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) team, clients, General Contractors (GC), and project sponsors is essential to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in logistical coordination and possess strong organizational capabilities, coupled with a proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects within secure environments. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in reviewing shop drawings, managing submittals, and drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) tailored to meet the stringent requirements of ICD 705, SCIF, and SAPF construction.
