Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Construction Closeout Manager to lead and manage closeout activities for large-scale data center projects. You will oversee collection, review, and approval of redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and other closeout documents.

You will perform field verification audits, conduct QA/QC reviews, hold stakeholders accountable for milestones, and drive corrective actions to maintain schedules.

• Hold contractors, trade partners, and stakeholders accountable for meeting closeout milestones and documentation requirements.
• Monitor closeout schedules, identify risks, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Utilize knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to review technical deliverables and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and action items to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously improve closeout processes and documentation standards to support efficient project turnover.
