Dewberry is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area, including New York and Parsippany, NJ. Candidates must have construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, engineering, and/or NICET IV Certification.

Site Manager experience is required and strong communication skills are essential.

Construction Project Manager

Job location: US-NY-New York | US-NJ-Parsippany

Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. To qualify, candidates must have prior construction inspection experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA or NYC Public Agency projects and possess a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, engineering and/or NICET IV Certification. Preferred candidates will have office engineering experience maintaining the project documentation system, preparation of weekly reports, preparing monthly estimates and change orders and maintaining as-builts. Site Manager experience is required.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
