Responsibilities

1. Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers.
2. Enforce company and project policies.
3. Ensure all project aspects conform to contracts and design specifications.
4. Manage budgets and financial reporting.
5. Update project schedules with support from team members.
6. Uphold the company’s culture, ethics, and conduct.
7. Develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
8. Lead the project team effectively.
9. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
10. Oversee daily safety practices.
11. Review new project opportunities and prepare estimates.
12. Supervise self-performed operations.

Qualifications

1. Preferred four-year degree in engineering or construction.
2. Minimum of 3 years of field experience.
3. Design Build experience is advantageous.
4. Extensive experience in construction estimating and project management.
5. Strong organizational, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HH2, PlanGrid, Procore, Timberline/Sage is a plus.
