AllSTEM Connections is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in Hyannis, MA to support major water/wastewater construction projects, including a new $38M water treatment facility. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and field operations while coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 4+ years for PM and 7+ years for Senior PM, with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant construction/project management experience for PM level
• 7+ years preferred for Senior PM level
• Water/wastewater, treatment plants, heavy civil, utilities, pump stations, process piping, or industrial construction experience preferred
• Strong financial, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software preferred
• Degree is preferred but relevant experience may substitute
• OSHA 30 is not required at hire
