Job summary

AvAirPros seeks a Construction Project Manager in Honolulu to act as Owner's Representative for aviation construction projects, guiding them from pre-design to closeout and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate with Airline, Airport, Engineering, and Construction teams to support CIP execution and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in aviation construction, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while building

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's Representative and oversee construction projects from pre-design to closeout.

• Monitor CIP program progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, fostering collaboration across disciplines.

AvAirPros supports our airline and airport clients in two ways; as Project Managers on capital improvement projects and Airline Technical Representatives on business, financial, technical, and operational issues.

We are adding a Construction Project Manager to our team in HNL. You'll serve as the Owner's Representative and oversee the execution and successful completion of construction projects from pre-design to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.

You'll coordinate including both Airline and Airport Representatives, Engineering Representatives, and Construction project teams to assist with program implementation. You'll monitor the CIP Program and provide ongoing status updates to the Airline group and support the ongoing partnership and engagement between the Airports and the Airline Group on the implementation of the CIP Program.

We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in aviation plus:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience on complex aviation construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively
• Engineering, Building Construction or Architecture degree
