Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration in Denville, NJ is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead restoration rebuilds from inspection to completion. You will inspect losses, write scopes in Xactimate, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction while managing $1.5–2M in annual project volume.

This revenue‑generating leadership role emphasizes client and insurer relationships, budget control, schedules, and a reliable subcontractor network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and working knowledge of Symbility.
• Experience with Docusketch documentation.
• 3-5 years managing construction budgets and schedules.
• 1-3 years managing TPA/program rebuild jobs.
• Strong subcontractor recruitment and management experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting.
• Required state/local licenses to manage rebuild projects.
• Experience with PSA or similar job management platforms.

About The Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high‑quality reconstruction. This is a revenue‑generating leadership role managing $1.5‑$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
