Job summary

Scott Humphrey is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up construction efforts from preconstruction to project completion. The role focuses on data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, and healthcare sectors, requiring strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship skills.

Candidates should have 1+ years of PM experience with a commercial GC and a proven track record managing multi-million dollar ground-up projects. This is an on-site Chicago opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $5M+.
• Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, industrial, commercial, higher education, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• This position will manage ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+, from preconstruction through project completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
