The role provides mentorship and opportunities to observe submittals, meetings, and material deliveries, with exposure to daily project coordination and control.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Interest in construction management and construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Demonstrate teamwork with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Process submittals and help gather/distribute information; maintain project docs within budget and schedule.
• Attend project meetings and accurately record minutes.
• Assist with tracking and inspecting material deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the project team.
