A regional construction firm located in Sidney, Ohio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project cost control and scheduling. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and have 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and cost control for projects. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k).

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Overall management of projects to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Daily interaction with project superintendent and subcontractors for coordination.

Conocimientos

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project

Strong working knowledge of Procore construction management software

Strong architectural and civil background

Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
