Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Overall management of projects to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Daily interaction with project superintendent and subcontractors for coordination.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Project

Strong working knowledge of Procore construction management software

Strong architectural and civil background

Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
