Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP or OSHA preferred
• Licenses: Valid driver's license required for agency business

Responsibilities

• Leads project stakeholders, engineers, and technical staff to ensure cost, schedule, and performance deliverables.
• Collaborates with customer, support contractors, and VSA management to complete projects per requirements.
• Ensures plans, specs, safety policies, and environmental procedures are followed throughout the project.
• Generates schedules, tracks progress, develops cost budgets, and reports on performance and quality metrics.
• Coordinates obtaining permits and approvals and ensures compliance with laws and directives.
• Performs site inspections and reports findings; ensures safe, on-budget project completion.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
