Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to organize residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will oversee crews, subcontractors, customers, and suppliers to keep work on schedule and quality.

We welcome candidates with construction experience or those eager to grow into project management. A valid driver’s license is preferred, with health insurance, paid vacation, retirement plan, bonuses, and vehicle or mileage/phone allowances offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project coordination is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Comfortable visiting job sites when necessary.
• Willingness to learn construction processes and project management.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help plan project schedules, materials, and daily priorities.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, costs, and important updates.
• Visit job sites and check that work is progressing as planned.
• Communicate project updates with customers.
• Maintain schedules, documents, estimates, and basic project records on a computer.
• Help resolve everyday project or scheduling issues.
