Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager in Deland, FL to lead infrastructure projects. You will steer costs, schedule, engineering, and personnel, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, manage contractual issues, and coordinate with the Safety Manager. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of construction leadership are preferred; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction leadership.
• Experience in managing construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Project start up, project completion, and close-out processes.
• Develops strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Responsible for managing contractual issues.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to project team.
• Final say in the resolution of problems.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Identifies issues to Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Reviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
• Coordinates with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
