Responsibilities

• Assist project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination.
• Estimate cost for change orders.
• Solicit bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Schedule of various contracts and materials.
• Document control.
• Coordinate subcontractors.
• Safety management.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Write RFIs, submittals, and assist in change orders.
