Qualifications

• Candidates should be enrolled in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business or related built environment majors.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Experience with computer applications for spreadsheets and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and material logs for projects.
• Prepare project reports and maintain correspondence records.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for suitability and track change orders.
• Monitor and document RFIs and as-built information.
• Review blueprints and assist with close out documentation.
