Qualifications

  • Students should be enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college.
  • A major in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
  • Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Procore or PlanGrid.
  • Competency to learn new software tools and handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as owner’s representative on small- to medium-scale construction and facilities projects.
  • Participate in design meetings, review plans and logistics, coordinate with contractors.
  • Communicate with design and construction teams and company management.
  • Collaborate with real estate division, including facilities, security, and contract management.
  • Assist in non-construction projects within the real estate division as needed.
