Qualifications

• 1-10 years of project estimating experience for industrial/commercial buildings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to create budgetary estimates based on a conceptual scope with few drawings.
• Ability to create bid proposals, utilizing CSI Master Format, based on drawings and models.
• Ability to analyze contractor bids to locate potential scope gaps.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates for building construction, renovation, or improvements.
• Project estimates range from simple improvements to greenfield designs.
• Perform cost analysis of proposed or completed projects.
• Support Planning group with cost estimations.
• Continue development of unit costs from historical projects and support software development.
• Work with executives, technical experts, and construction managers.
• Position is Georgetown, KY with occasional travel (<1x/month).
