Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• At least 1–5 years of experience in construction is desirable.
• Ability to quickly analyze, interpret, and compare detailed information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and strengthen skills through opportunities.
• Participate in project site visits to evaluate conditions.
• Review bid documents to understand the project.
• Solicit subcontractors and vendors to bid; communicate scope coverage.
• Review subcontractor scopes and coordinate bid requirements with the estimating team.
• Produce takeoffs and initial labor production analysis.
• Establish mid-level preliminary project schedules.
• Create final bid day solution and deliverables.
• Present estimates to internal teams and external architects/owners.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Office, PDFs and estimating software.
