Job summary

You will manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates while coordinating between field and office. Proficiency in Procore/Bluebeam and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Documentation with Accuracy: ensure documentation is organized, current, and complete; manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates; track deadlines and maintain records; ensure information flows between office and field.
• Support Field & Office Coordination: keep teams aligned with clear, timely communication; assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans; support subcontractor and vendor coordination; provide meeting notes and follow-up items.
• Track Quality & Progress: verify work aligns with drawings and project standards; assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections; identify discrepancies early and elevate as needed; maintain progress reporting.
• Assist with Procurement & Materials: support material tracking; maintain procurement and material logs; track deliveries and verify quantities.
