Job summary

Responsibilities
Support client presentations and maintain relationships.
Assist with project hand-off/startup meetings and schedules.
Build and maintain subcontractor partnerships.
Support projects from startup through closeout.
Monitor schedules, costs, and change orders.
Help forecast project costs and document risks.
Participate in safety and project meetings.
Ensure timely project closeout and punch list resolution.
Assist with lien waivers and final documentation.
Share lessons learned for future projects.
Skills
Construction Management/Engineering knowledge
Scheduling software (ASTA or similar)
Project management tools (CMiC, Procore)
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Education
Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
