You will work with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to support coordination, scheduling, procurement, and construction management.

Responsibilities include RFIs, takeoffs, vendor coordination, and assisting with permitting and milestone tracking while learning construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn construction management software
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchase orders and subcontractor agreements
• Request and review vendor and subcontractor proposals
• Prepare and track RFIs
• Support project schedule development and updates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination
• Help manage permitting processes and documentation
• Coordinate inspections and track project milestones
• Maintain project records, logs, and documentation
• Communicate with field personnel to ensure coordination between job sites and the office
