Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Route agreements and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide assistance in research, data entry, etc.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
