Job summary

H Mart in Sacramento, CA is seeking a design-focused project coordinator. You will support permit applications, code compliance, and owner-supplied materials, coordinating schedules, site visits, and travel.

The role requires a BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture and 2–3 years of related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino or 3D Max is essential; bilingual English/Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture Major or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of related professional experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred.

• Support permit applications, code compliance, and owner-supplied materials (Owner Supply) throughout the project.
• Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and business travel as needed.
• Coordinate with the HQ Asset Team, Design Team, landlord, general contractor, refrigeration contractor, vendors, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare project proposals, internal reports, and other documentation as required.
• Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure projects are completed according to design, schedule, and requirements.

• 2 to 3 years of related professional experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max
• Excellent portfolio of previous works required
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred

Pay range:

$54,500 - 71,050 per year
