Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Chandler, AZ to help coordinate projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will support budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, four-year degree preferred in construction/engineering/business
• 2-5 years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably with a commercial general contractor
• Experience on commercial job sites strongly preferred; strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure documentation is filed
• Assist in creating and managing project budgets for assigned projects
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and participate in project meetings
• Update project schedules and ensure quality control and logistics
• Assist in managing closeout processes and collaborate with site operations team
