This role requires a highly collaborative team based, systems thinking individual that works closely with operations, providing strong financial guidance with job cost and percent completion accounting and reporting.

Collaboratively work with the Estimating Team, Project Managers, Payroll, and Accounts Payable importing and setting up Jobs as well as related accounting details such as bid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5+ years in construction.
• Experience with integrated ERP systems and Foundation Construction Software.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, AIA/Unit price billing and ensure documents meet contract terms.
• Oversee WIP, change orders, and month-end reporting with project managers.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and overhead analysis in collaboration with CFO.
• Coordinate purchase orders and AR follow-up for timely collections.
• Support project managers in budgeting and forecasting the job costs.
