• 1+ year of project accounting or finance in construction.
• 13+ years of experience in project management, cost management, or accounting in commercial construction.
• Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and practices.

• Support full-cycle cost management for large construction projects from concept through completion.
• Facilitate and manage subcontractor change management processes.
• Process change orders in the system of record with data integrity.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports and risk assessments for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client finance and accounting teams for reporting and controls.
