Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve project accounting issues, processing payables in compliance with standards.
Reconcile job cost to ensure accurate owner billing, and communicate variances to the project team.
Perform monthly owner pay applications and required project reporting.
Reconcile accounts receivable, provide billing accruals, and audit aged accounts with the project team.
Support project budget setup, reviewing mark-ups and price conditions for accuracy.
Analyze forecasting and cost reviews with project teams, identifying risk and its impact on project financials.
