This role will require effective collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to keep operations running smoothly.

You will lead a team of production staff, foster a positive work environment, and implement best practices throughout the production cycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Construction experience.

Responsibilities
