Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring for a Line Roller on the first shift. Workweek is Monday through Friday with weekends off, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

This entry-level position offers a non-exempt status and opportunities in a leading manufacturer of modular and manufactured homes across the United States. Responsibilities include rolling homes between stations, sweeping work areas, sorting recyclables, and supporting the production line.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Use torque pusher to roll home from station to station.
• Sweep in between homes.
• Sort recyclable materials.
• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Stock materials as needed.
• Aid production line with other tasks, as needed.

Summary

Works Construction projects in an assigned department by performing the following tasks:

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Tools Required

• Able to use hand tools, air tools and electrical tools.
• Standard tools: Stanley/Utility Knife, tape measure, hammer

Education and/or Experience

High school education or GED; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
