Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum two years' related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment and materials from qualified vendors.
• Develop and manage bid and award processes with clear scope, schedule, and requirements.
• Review bids, negotiate terms, and recommend vendors to client and project team.
• Lead and supervise Procurement Assistants and interns as needed.
• Develop strategies to meet M/WBE requirements and ensure compliance with project needs.
