SiteLine Services is seeking a Procurement and Cost Estimator to support preconstruction through supplier pricing, cost estimates, and value engineering. Collaborate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to establish clear scopes, budgets, and pricing decisions before work begins and as projects change.

You will work within the Vendor Management Office to connect pricing, job cost models, and field execution, ensuring accurate line items, compliant vendor records, and timely

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of estimating, purchasing/procurement, project administration, or construction coordination experience.
• Familiarity with commercial construction terminology, site services, and basic material/equipment unit rates.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn estimating software and ERP/procurement platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop reliable cost estimates by evaluating orders, specs, terms, service requests, briefs, and subcontractor proposals; break down equipment, labor, and third-party needs.
• Source, compile, and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes; create bid comparison sheets; nurture vendor relationships and support regional spend consolidation.
