Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Construction Management or Project Management.
• 10 years in construction industry, specifically residential and commercial builds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction process for multi-family residential and commercial builds.
• Responsible for completion of projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure total safety compliance for all aspects of project.
• Assist Procurement Department in bidding, estimating and securing subcontractors.
• Provide daily direction, support and supervision for field Superintendents.
