Job summary

Metromont LLC is seeking a Project Management Intern to learn plant operations, field activities, and project coordination. You will gain exposure to production, steel fabrication, and site erection processes while supporting planning and scheduling efforts.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with a hybrid plant/office work environment and a Monday–Friday schedule during training. An relevant degree pursuit is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to plant operations including Production, Steel Fab, Material Handling, Quality Control, and Carpentry Shop.
• Participate in project site visits to understand the erection process.
• Assist in project planning through development of schedules and timelines.
• Must adhere to all Metromont and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
