Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Saint Louis Park, MN for Summer 2027. You will assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, shop drawing reviews, billing, site visits, and weekly training sessions.

Requirements: minimum 3.0 GPA, enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program, prior internship or extracurriculars are a plus. ARCO/Murray offers a competitive hourly rate, structured training, travel potential, an intern housing

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Prior industry internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating project proposals and values.
• Create a working timeline for subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Attend design meetings with owner and project team.
• Send bid instructions and evaluate subcontractor proposals for buyouts.
• Review shop drawings with the PM and design team and coordinate with subs.
• Collaborate on subcontract management, change orders, and pay applications.
• Visit job sites with the Project Manager to ensure smooth progress.
• Participate in weekly training sessions to learn the design-build process.
