Compensation ranges from $80K to $110K, along with benefits like health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Proven leadership and project management expertise.
• Strong customer and vendor relations skills.
• Experience with estimating, take-offs, and cost management.
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in reading/interpreting prints and specifications.
• A collaborative team player with a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed scopes of work.
• Lead contract evaluations and negotiations.
• Provide project leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Manage subcontractor/vendor agreements and change orders.
• Track invoicing, budgets, and cost reports.
• Strengthen client relationships and represent Modus with integrity.
• Develop schedules and coordinate with Superintendents.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in field operations.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication.
• Perform site duties to ensure project success.
