Just Building Inc. is seeking a dependable Construction Operations Assistant / Driver to ensure crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need while keeping the shop organized and efficient. The role supports both field and shop activities.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, site setup, and general labor tasks with a focus on safety and reliability. Valid license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean record is required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Experience in a construction or trades environment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is a bonus.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment in the shop and on job sites.
• Safely pick up and deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to various job locations.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the shop and storage areas.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Support job site setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety protocols and traffic laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations.
