No experience? No problem. We are willing to train and certify candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

About the Role

As a Testing Technician, you will be our eyes and ears on‑site, ensuring that materials like concrete, soil, and asphalt meet the highest engineering standards. While you will initially work under the guidance of senior staff, you will eventually visit projects unassisted once certified.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project materials comply with ASTM and ACI standards and project‑specific requirements.

Reporting: Provide clear, accurate documentation of field findings and discuss data accuracy with Project Managers.

Equipment Management: Maintain your assigned company vehicle and testing equipment (e.g., nuclear gauges, thermometers, scales).

Safety First: Conduct pre‑task safety planning and strictly adhere to all site‑specific safety protocols.

Requirements

Motivation to Learn: High interest in construction and engineering; willingness to study for and obtain industry certifications.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting technical data to project stakeholders.

Physical & Driving: Ability to drive a company vehicle (comparable to a Ford F-150) and perform physical tasks on active construction sites.

Independence: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision after completing the training period.

Reliability: Consistent attendance and a commitment to maintaining quality standards on every project.

Why Join Us?

Paid Training: We invest in your professional growth by providing the training and certifications (ACI, ICC, etc.) you need to succeed.
