Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field tester to perform soils, concrete, asphalt, and masonry testing on active job sites. You will operate field equipment, record results, and communicate findings to contractors, clients, and engineers, ensuring compliance with project specs.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs outdoors. Training and certification support will be provided for NICET, ACI, and Nuclear Density Gauge credentials.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Certifications (NICET Level I/II, ACI Level I Concrete, Nuclear Density Gauge) are preferred — but we’ll provide paid training and certification support for the right candidate.
• DOT project experience a plus.
