  • Lead efforts to identify, organize, and deploy technical resources needed to support the group’s workload and project requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, offering consultative guidance and solutions for construction‑related challenges.
  • Continue to build and strengthen subject‑matter expertise in key construction materials and testing areas, contributing to the team’s technical growth.
  • Provide senior‑level review of construction inspection and testing activities, acting as a resource for resolving complex technical issues across multiple projects.
  • Support preparation of project studies by conducting research, performing field and laboratory testing, gathering data, and contributing technical insight as needed.
  • Promote operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance the quality of project outcomes.
  • Supervise, mentor, and review the work of less experienced staff, fostering professional development and consistent performance.
  • May be required to work in all types of terrain and weather conditions and on project sites in various stages of construction.
