Willmer Engineering in Tucker, GA is hiring experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technicians to join our Atlanta team. You will perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials, and conduct testing per ASTM, ACI, ICC, and GDOT standards.

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials.
• Conduct testing in accordance with ASTM, ACI, ICC, and GDOT standards.
• Perform reinforcing steel (rebar) inspections.
• Support commercial, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
• Operate nuclear density gauges, compression machines, coring equipment, and other testing equipment.
• Prepare accurate field reports and inspection documentation.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials.
• Conduct construction materials testing in accordance with ASTM, ACI, ICC, and GDOT standards.
• Perform reinforcing steel (rebar) inspections.
• Support commercial, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For

Required

Preferred

Current certifications in one or more of the following:

• GDOT Roadway Testing Technician (RTT)
• ICC Special Inspector
• Reinforcing Steel (Rebar)
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I
• Nuclear Density Gauge
• NICET

Experience with GDOT transportation projects is highly preferred.
