Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan and oversee the flow of materials for project sites. You will order, receive, store, track, and distribute supplies while guiding Inventory Specialists and improving processes.

The role requires a proactive approach and hands-on problem-solving across a dynamic operations environment. The position emphasizes accurate inventory management, coordination with suppliers, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and supplies.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, verify accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Maintain workspace organization and cleanliness.
• Know materials and tools used on projects and coordinate daily activities of Inventory Specialists.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory operations.
• Maintain filing and documentation related to inventory and logistics activities.
