Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a Material Handler Helper to join our field crew in a fast paced industrial construction environment. This role supports the crew by interpreting blueprints and specs to determine material scope, ordering supplies, and coordinating equipment and work orders on site.

The candidate will also inspect, unload and distribute materials and assist with overall material control while adhering to safety protocols and project schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance and construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work, materials, location, quantities and sizes.
• Order materials when required.
• Schedule equipment through proper protocol.
• Set up, charge, add all work orders and account numbers.
• Receive, inspect, unload and distribute material/equipment received.
