Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking a Delivery Driver for our Indianapolis, IN location. Responsible for safe, timely delivery of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to 365 Equipment & Supply customers and job sites. Role supports warehouse operations and maintains vehicles in safe condition.

Requirements include a valid Class B CDL (A preferred), clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and commitment to safety and customer service. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Delivery driver experience in a commercial/industrial setting preferred.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction materials, supplies, and equipment to customer locations and job sites.
• Load/unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain signatures/delivery docs.
• Maintain customer relations with professional service; follow DOT safety policies.
