Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in New Castle, PA is seeking a Buyer to coordinate procurement, negotiate with vendors, and maintain material flow for project delivery. This full-time role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to cost control and on-time delivery.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, eCMS or similar) and collaborate with project managers, warehouse staff, and accounting to support daily operations, while upholding LEAN practices and ethical business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or related field.
3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics.
Familiarity with electrical construction procurement and submittal processes preferred.
LEAN/cost-reduction mindset with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily procurement activities to support project delivery.
Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times with vendors to secure cost-effective materials.
Enter and track purchase orders in ERP/MRP systems and reconcile invoices.
Collaborate with project managers, warehouse, operations, and accounting to meet deadlines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
